Slab cooling, thermal building and system simulation |
Slab cooling with ground water cooling was analyzed with thermal system simulation. First of all, the effects of facade design and natural ventilation measures were analyzed with thermal building simulation, and then combined with thermal system simulation, which additionally illustrated the effects of different measures of heat rejection. The illustration of the frequency of operative temperature provides information regarding the comfort to be expected of the examined measures. The illustration of both energy demand and cooling load form the basis for an assessment of economic efficiency.
